Situated in the picturesque village of Newby Bridge, the 45-room Newby Bridge Hotel overlooks the spectacular Lake Windermere. The hotel has 45 rooms in total and these are a mix of double, twin and family rooms both standard and superior. There are also the two spectacular ‘Rotunda’ rooms, which make for a stylish and memorable stay.

All room have full en-suite facilities, a TV, a radio, a telephone, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, and a direct dial telephone. Many of the rooms offer spectacular views and those that are situated in the hotel’s courtyard extension are particularly suitable for families.

Restaurant and Bar

The Newby Bridge Hotel’s fantastic Garden View Restaurant is aptly named, overlooking the hotel’s lovely Mediterranean gardens. The kitchen team is led by Alan Forsyth who is the proud recipient of two AA rosettes and oversees a modern menu based on Cumbria’s finest locally sourced produce.

The bar area is informal and relaxed and guests can enjoy a range of beers, wines, and spirits, as well as a variety of soft drinks. There’s also an extensive bar menu that features a wide selection of favourites.

The hotel is the perfect venue for weddings and civil ceremonies and the spectacular location and highly trained and dedicated wedding team will ensure that your big day is one to remember. The hotel can cater for up to 100 for wedding breakfasts and up to 120 for evening receptions and offers a number of all-inclusive packages.

The Newby Bridge Hotel is also a popular business and conference venue and has three rooms available. The hotel offers a number of packages that combines accommodation, food, and refreshments.
