Lifestyle Fitness Carlisle
Lifestyle Fitness is a national chain of gyms that was established in the early 1980s by Carl Gripenstedt who had a vision of providing low cost gym membership with high quality equipment. Today, it is one of the largest chains of gyms with over 100,000 members in more than 50 centres across the UK.
The Carlisle branch of Lifestyle Fitness is just a few minutes’ walk from Carlisle train station. This is a large gym with around 100 stations, so there is plenty of space for everyone to work out. Monthly memberships start from as little as £12.99 per month, and if you have a multi-gym membership from another branch, your membership is also valid here. Alternatively, day passes cost £7.50 and can be purchased online.
