Lifestyle Fitness & Shapers
Not to be confused with the national chain of gyms known as Lifestyle Fitness, this is a family run gym that has been providing fitness facilities to the town of Cockermouth for over 20 years. The gym’s unique selling point is the separate work out area especially for women, known as Shapers, whilst the main gym is known as Lifestyle Fitness.
The gym is located just off Cockermouth’s Main Street, where you will find a whole host of independent shops, restaurants and cafés. There is no minimum contract time for memberships, but discounts are offered if you sign up for three months or more. Day passes are available, costing £3 during lunchtime hours and £4 at other times.
