Breakfasts are known for being hearty and its breakfast menu consists of locally made sausages and bacon, as well as a selection of cereals and continental options. Due to the high standard of the breakfasts, the hotel has been awarded the prestigious AA Breakfast Award.

Dinner consists of a daily five-course dinner menu with a wide range of choices made wherever possible with locally produced ingredients. The bar has a wide range of wines, spirits, and beers, as well as soft drinks.
