There are five rooms at Glenridding House, all of which are designed and furnished in a colonial regency theme. Guests can expect oak floors, regency coving, antique, rugs and even heritage showers. As well as being tastefully furnished in such a classical fashion, guests also have the best of modern facilities, including HDTV, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee making facilities. All of the rooms have superb views of the beautiful surrounding countryside – two of which directly overlook Ullswater itself.
Restaurant and Bar
The hotel does not have a dedicated restaurant and bar that serves meals but all guests as part are entitled to a delightful breakfast in the hotel’s dining room as part of their stay. There are a wide range of options available to suit all palettes and all food is made from locally sourced ingredients of the highest quality. On occasion, evening meals may be available, however, it is advised that you call the hotel to check that this is available prior to booking.

The hotels makes an excellent location for business meetings and small conferences and can comfortably host up to 30 delegates. The hotel has excellent facilities for such events and can offer buffet catering, as well as spectacular views of Lake Ullswater from the conference facilities.
