Golf Hotel Silloth

Situated in the beautiful coastal town of Silloth along the Cumbrian coast, the Golf Hotel is just a short four-minute walk from the sea and just five-minutes from the Silloth on Solway Golf Club, renowned as one of the best golf clubs in the UK. It is also just a short drive from the Lake District National Park.

The hotel is situated in a pleasant building in the centre of town close to all of its facilities. The hotel has 22 rooms and, as well as being popular with golfers, it is known for its conference facilities and as a wedding venue.

Accommodation

Accommodation at the Golf Hotel is available on a bed and breakfast / dinner basis. All rooms are en-suite with three being superior suites. All rooms have an LCD TV with Freeview telephone, an iron, and tea and coffee making facilities. Many of the rooms also offer beautiful views across the town green towards the sea. The hotel’s bar area is a pleasant area to relax and enjoy one of its wide range of drinks, including beer, wines, spirits and a range of teas and coffees. It’s also the perfect place to enjoy a quick drink before indulging in a meal at the hotel’s cosy restaurant. With a distinctive menu and a relaxing dining experience, the talented kitchen brigade uses only the freshest of ingredients.

The hotel is a popular venue for weddings and civil ceremonies and the Golf Hotel’s professional team is always on-hand to assist with wedding plans and ensure your big day goes without a hitch. For larger weddings, the hotel’s Solway Banqueting Suite is perfect with more intimate weddings enjoying the delightful Criffel Suite with a great view of the town green.

The hotel is also a common conference, business meeting, and product launch venue with the Criffel suite hosting up to 40 people and the Solway Suite hosting up to 140. The hotel has all the necessary facilities and equipment for a modern business event.
