Nestled in the foothills of the Lake District’s western fells between Eskdale and Wasdale, the history of Irton Hall stretches all the way back to the 14th century. Sitting in 19-acres of beautiful parkland, as well as being the perfect base for exploring the Lake District, it’s close to the sandy beaches of the Cumbrian coast and a wide range of other popular attractions.

Irton Hall has 15 rooms of bed and breakfast accommodation. This ranges from large double rooms to spacious family rooms. All are tastefully furnished and feature free wireless Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, a flat screen TV, and an iPod docking station.

Irton Hall also offers a variety of self-catering facilities, which ranges from small cottages sleeping up to four people all the way up to the imposing Pele Tower, a unique venue which sleeps up to 16 people over four floors and features an original stone staircase and sandstone walls.
